Fylde rounded off their last home game this season with victory over Otley.

Fylde lost Jordan Dorrington to the sin bin early on after it was judged he had tackled the Otley winger in the air, before it became 14 versus 14 when Jack Gilmartin was shown a yellow card for a deliberate knock-on.

After 35 minutes the game finally had its first points when Callum Irvine slotted over a penalty for the away side to edge into a 3-0 lead, before he was sin- binned moments later for a deliberate knock on.

Tom Carleton took advantage for Fylde when he slipped through a gap out wide to score, Greg Smith converted to make it 7-3 at half-time.

It didn't take long for the action to get going in the second half when Connor Wilkinson scored under the posts, but things started going downhill for the hosts when they lost both David Fairbrother and Sam Parker to the sinbin to reduce them to 13.

Duncan Darling scored in the corner for Otley, but Fylde rallied and went up the other end of the pitch and scored through the returning Fairbrother.

Wilkinson got another before the end, with Smith keeping his 100% record from the tee intact as it finished 28-10.
