Director of rugby Rob Matthews and head coach Will Knight have witnessed the rise and fall of Havant, but the dynamic duo, who have overseen 300 games in charge, last weekend secured promotion back to the National Leagues.
Both Matthews and Knight are ex-players at the Hampshire side, with the former joining in 1996, while the latter started at the club just over 50 years ago.
