Frustrated Gloucester head coach George Skivington urged his side to stop making the same mistake of giving their opponents an early lead.
After watching his side fightback from trailing 14-0 after as many minutes, Skivington said: “Frustrating is the word again.
“I feel like I am repeating myself from the last two weeks, but apart from that first 15 minutes it was a really good game of rugby and it was as tight as I expected it to be.
“We've got to start respecting that first 10 minutes of a rugby match, because we've done the same thing in the past three matches.
“We talked all week about Danny Care at the breakdown and not turning your back on him and fair play to Quins they did it really well again.
“I thought their defence was really good as well tonight and again after that opening ten minutes or so it was two competitive teams.”
