Harlequins linked to coach who missed out on the All Blacks job

are understood to have whittled down the shortlist for their next director of rugby to a final two names.

Quins, who parted company with Paul Gustard almost a month ago, have been looking for someone to come into the club next season.

Gustard has since landed a three-year deal as an assistant coach in Benetton while Quins plan their next move.

Quins are continuing to be linked with Scott Robertson, whose future with the Crusaders in appears to be less than certain.

Robertson, who missed out to Ian Foster for the job despite guiding the Crusaders to four titles on the trot, is out of contract this year.
