GRENOBLE claim they have signed giant Samoan Logovi'i Mulipola who had a loan spell at last summer.

Mulipola joined the Falcons in the summer of 2017 after spending seven years playing for Tigers. He has been a cornerstone of the Falcons charge up the table.

The 33-year-old opted for a stint at Kingsholm in July rather than wait for the new Premiership season to kick-off after an eight-month lay off.

ProD2 outfit Grenoble tweeted that they had signed the Falcons tighthead a day after Dean Richards insisted that Mulipola hadn't signed anywhere for next season.
