Lou Reed to join Sale Sharks

The lock, who joins on a two-year contract, has played for Blues since 2012 after spell at the Celtic Warriors and the .
Born in Treorchy, Lou started his career at the Celtic Warriors before joining Scarlets where he played over 100 games. He joined Cardiff in 2012 and has represented the Blues on 40 occasions including 17 games last season.
Having made his Test debut against in February 2012, the 28-year-old has five caps to his name.
