Michalak at 10 for France to take on England

Frederic Michalak will make his first Test start for in over a year after being named at fly-half by Philippe Saint-Andre to take on in on Saturday.

Yoann Maestri, Louis Picamoles and Scott Spedding are the only players to keep their places while Michalak's teammate Sebastien Tillous-Borde will partner him at half-back.
Mathieu Bastareaud and Wesley Fofana are in midfield with Yoann Huget and Noa Nakaitaci on the wings.
Up front, props Rabah Slimani and Eddy Ben Arous are either side of Guilhem Guirado while Pascal Pape captains the side from lock in the absence of Thierry Dusautoir.
