Injury fears for England quartet

, Tom Wood, Kyle Eastmond and Geoff Parling have given England some injury fears ahead of the opener against following an intense weekend of .
fly-half Farrell hobbled off in the 18th minute in with an apparent knee injury after a collision with flanker Julien Bardy.
He will be assessed in the coming days when his participation to England's game in on February 6 will be decided.
“It's a new injury and we don't know the extent of it just yet,” said director of rugby Mark McCall. “It's complicated with knee injuries, sometimes you can do that [walk off] and it's more serious, but we'll get him looked after and we'll know in the next few days.”
Wood, meanwhile, suffered an ankle injury in Saints' defeat to Racing Metro on Saturday and Director of Rugby Jim Mallinder is hoping it was only a twist rather than ligament damage.
“Tom Wood twisted his ankle, hopefully it's nothing more serious than that, but he was certainly sore and we thought it was sensible to get him off,” he said.
centre Kyle Eastmond was also forced to leave the field in the first-half with a shoulder injury but Head Coach Mike Ford was confident his player would be fit to face Wales in two weeks.
“Kyle came off last week with a shoulder (knock), and he's just taken another knock,” said Ford. “He says he is fine, and we don't think it is too bad. The doctor was pretty adamant that he had to come off, and it was the right thing to do.”
But the most worrying news for came from with director of rugby Richard Cockerill revealing Parling had sustained a medial cruciate ligament injury that was likely to sideline the lock for “a few weeks I would imagine”.
