Dream Team: Jim Evans – former Harlequins lock

1. Ceri Jones – He has to be the hairiest player to play the game. I was never quite sure if I was twisting his jersey or belly hair when trying to get a bind in the scrum!
2. Tani Fuga – The former Samoan international hooker was as hard as nails on the pitch but an absolute gent off the pitch.
3. Mike Ross – He was always partial to a cake or three and came to Quins relatively unknown. He left to go to and, with 61 caps to his name, he's done fantastically well.
4. Olly Kohn – It often hurt my feelings when playing with Olly as the props would openly argue that they wanted him behind them in the scrum and not me!
5. Garrick Morgan – I made my debut playing alongside the big Aussie. He was a beast of a man and a good mentor in my early days.
6. He is a great role model to all the youngsters coming through. An incredibly hard worker on the pitch and one of the most likeable people you'll ever meet off it.
7. Andre Vos – It was an absolute privilege to have played with the former Springbok captain towards the end of his career. He was as tough as they get.
8. Nick Easter – The older he got the better he got. He always kept you on your toes during his court sessions too. Becoming a good coach now.
9. He has always brought some zip to the team and he continues to do so to this day whether that's with in a Quins or shirt.
10. Chris Malone – The old Australian played a couple of seasons for us after his time with and although he was deceptively slow he was a cracking bloke.
11. Ugo Monye – I had the privilege to watch him develop over the years from a raw school boy to a British and Irish Lion. He was always very exciting to play with and watch.
12. Jordon Turner Hall – Very physical and abrasive ball carrier. Key to Quins winning the in 2012 and now passing on his knowledge as a coach to the school kids in Sussex.
13. Mel Deane – He was a very direct and physical centre who would run hard lines all day for you. A very funny man too.
14. Simon Keogh – A little barrel of a wing but he always managed to find his way to the try line. A crowed favourite at the Stoop.
15. Everyone can see it but he is a very determined and competitive character. He will simply never takes a backwards step.
