Dream Team: Ollie Phillips- former England 7s, Gloucester and Newcastle wing

Ollie Philips1. Nick Wood – The Gloucester loosehead is such an underestimated prop. He is so effective at what he does. So unlucky not to have worn the jersey more often than he did.
2. Dimitri Szarzewski – For a small man, the former hooker punches way above his weight. We used to play together at before he moved to Racing and he was as much a ferocious competitor as he was attractive!
3. Carl Hayman – When he played for , the scrum simply didn't move!
4. Jim Hamilton – Laugh a minute bloke that had me in hysterics from the moment I walked in to a Gloucester changing room. A warrior who claims to be quicker than Usain Bolt over ten metres.
5. Geoff Parling – Crazy Geoff is a Mister Tumlus look-a-like. Brilliant character on and off the field. He is still going strong at Exeter and was key to their brilliant season.
6. Juan Manuel Leguizamon – I have never known anyone be so imperious under a high ball. He was just unflappable and a great guy off the field too.
7. – The captain and England flanker is the most professional and focused player I have ever worked with. Also, the most misunderstood character in world rugby.
8. Chris Masoe – Amazing ball carrier that never seemed to go backwards. The former All Black rolled back the years at this season proving a big hit since moving from last summer.
9. Danny Care – Electric scrum-half with the ball in his hands. He is also a cracking bloke without it when the game is done.
10. Jonny Wilkinson – I have never known anyone work so diligently on their game and be so disciplined and focussed on being the best.
11. Jonah Lomu – I played against him when I was 18 at the London as an emergency injury replacement for ! By far the scariest moment of my career!
12. Sonny Bill Williams – The code-hopper is a man mountain that has every facet of the game nailed.
13. Mathew Tait – The most naturally talented player I have ever seen. He was too good for any position and that ultimately cost him from earning more than 38 England caps.
14. James Simpson Daniel – The Gloucester legend was such a naturally gifted player and a joy to play with or against. Electric pace, mesmeric footwork and so hard to bring down.
15. Matt Burke – The former Wallaby was simply the best player I've ever played with. We played together at the Falcons and he read the game so incredibly well.
