Dream Team: Luke Wallace – Harlequins flanker

1. Joe Marler – I've known him for a long time and he's a great character to have around. He's also a very good player especially in defence where he smashes people.
2. Schalk Brits – You always want players to bring something new to the game and he definitely has. As a defender you always worry about him.
3. Kyle Sinckler – Maybe not for what he's done but what he can be. He's an aggressive guy and a great ball carrier with a bright future ahead of him. Not a bad guy to be stuck beside in the trenches.
4. James Horwill – Came with the nickname Kev for resembling a ‘Crazy Kev' from an Aussie advert. He'd be my captain and always leads from the front.
5. Paul O'Connell – He was great at running the lineout and an enforcer in the Munster and Ireland pack for years. Had the pleasure to play against him in the Challenge Cup back in 2011.
6. Maurie Fa'asavalu – He rarely said a word but what an inspirational guy. Very physical and always got us on the front foot.
7. George Smith – I played against him once at the start of the season and you could see why he's a legend of the game. Brilliant at the breakdown.
8. Sergio Parisse – Another one from our winning Challenge Cup campaign in 2011. Amazing hands and gets on the ball so much a bit like Nick Easter does for us at Quins.
9. Danny Care – The spark behind the Quins game. Puts people in space and kicks well, too. Grew into the captaincy role this season and can be very serious when he has to be.
10. Nick Evans – He's got some pace but like Danny he's brilliant at putting other players in space. Not selfish and always makes the right decision at the right time.
11. Ugo Monye – A Quins icon. Powerful guy and great off first phase when you needed him to go forward. Very good finisher, too.
12. Jamie Roberts – Great at giving you front-foot ball and he's been a huge addition to the team this year. Became a bit of a mentor to Harry Sloan and that's great to see.
13. Jonathan Davies – I played against Jamie's Wales centre partner in the Heineken Cup when he was at the Scarlets and he stood out in both games.
14. Tom Williams – Not a flashy player but he always worked really hard and was a great defender. Always looked at what he could do to help the team rather than himself.
15. Mike Brown – Easy choice really. I have to name Mike in my all-Quins back three. Been a rock for us and England for a few years now.
