Dream Team: Joe Gray – Harlequins and former Northampton hooker

Joe Gray1. Tom Smith – He was awesome at the set piece but he was also able to step in at fly-half and throw miss passes or out-of-the-back-door offloads.
2. Keven Mealamu – A true gentlemen. I made my debut against in 2012 and exchanged my shirt with him. He realised it was my first cap so for the second Test the following week he gave me back my shirt but told me to keep his.
3. James Johnston – A gentle giant who on-form can demolish any scrum in the world. I remember when he pushed the whole Saints front-row ten yards back at Franklin's Gardens.
4. Courtney Lawes – Tackles like a train and has the longest arms you'll ever see. Makes it very easy for a hooker to hit him at the lineout.
5. George Robson – He never stops talking on or off the field but he knows everything there is to know about the lineout.
6. Maurie Fa'asavalu – Massive and powerful man who loves to smash people on the pitch but off it he's the nicest guy.
7. Leads by example at Quins topping the carry and tackle stats year on year. An awesome captain for both club and country.
8. Sergio Parisse – I played against the Italian star in the final against back in 2011 and he was pure class. Everything he did was just sublime.
9. Snipping runner who tackles like a bullet. He's a big threat around the park and to top it all he's a top man off it.
10. Jonny Wilkinson – Unbelievable player. Top kicker who used to tackle well above his weight in defence. I remember watching against in the and he was just snapping people all game.
11. Alesana Tuilagi – Massive guy and very powerful. I've had to tackle him a few times and it wasn't nice. Very hard man to stop.
12. Jordan Turner-Hall – I played with him since I was 16 and we won some huge games together. On his day he was the ultimate powerful runner in midfield. But he had a naughty offload too.
13. George Lowe – Lightning quick with ridiculous feet. He can change the game in a second if you need him to.
14. Gonzalo Camacho – Quick and powerful. He scored some amazing tries in his time at Quins – like the one in the Challenge Cup final in 2011.
15. Bruce Reihana – I remember watching him when I was in the academy thinking he wasn't that big but I couldn't have been more wrong. He was massive and he was like a brick wall when you tried to tackle him.
