Dream Team: Paul Rowley – Uister and former London Welsh, Plymouth Albion & Munster scrum-half

Paul Rowley1. Nathan Trevett – A great guy who reminds me of Nessa from Gavin and Stacey. He is a lot more skilful than he looks mind.
2. Duncan Casey – A unique and interesting character who's getting his chance at . His bodybuilding career hasn't worked out so he's putting all his attention on rugby. A good mate who can't keep his shirt on.
3. Lloyd Fairbrother – The Cornish Barrel was a great man to drop anchor. A funny guy who I once witnessed eat his own rat's tail.
4. Samu Manoa – Had a lot of tough opponents last year but he stands out as one of the toughest. I stupidly tried to clean out a ruck and ran full speed into him when he wasn't looking…busted my shoulder.
5. Dave Foley – Lived with him years ago in Munster, when he was forcing down 3,000 calorie shakes for breakfast and gagging every morning. Lumped up now but still just as ignorant.
6. Sean-Michael Stephen – Schmacky was a great captain and one of the best leaders. To play as well as he did running around on stilts is amazing. The most bizarre body shape I've ever seen.
7. Peter O'Mahony – My earliest memory of him is in an academy training camp in Poland – he was as intense then as he is now! Natural replacement for Paul O'Connell.
8. Herbie Stupple – He's been unlucky with injuries the last few seasons for and Plymouth but on his day he can't be stopped.
9. Conor Murray – This scrawny, gangly fella is an old team mate from St. Munchins College in Limerick. Tough guy who's put his hand up as one of the best in the world.
10. A nice guy who I played with when he was 18 in Plymouth. His all-round ability was scary. He's got better since then and my money is on him having a massive season next year.
11. Tom Bowen – Weird little smelly man from Brighton who's always smiling. Incredible pace and saw him do some freakish things. Stinking up the world now.
12. Kyle Eastmond – Played against him a few times and he just stood out to me. Good playmaker who can put someone through a gap as quick as he'd take it himself.
13. Keith Earls – Another team mate from school. He's electric with ball in hand and always finds the try line. Scored the winning try in our cup final.
14. Luke Fitzgerald – I still have nightmares about him from schools level. One of many lads on this team who could sidestep you in a phonebox.
15. Felix Jones – An odd fellow who I've a lot of time for. You have to have something about you to come back from all his injuries.
