Dream Team: Adam Kwasnicki – London Scottish and former London Welsh hooker

Adam Kwasnicki1. Alex Corbisiero – I played with him in the academy and although he wasn't the lean-muscular specimen he is today you could tell he was going to be special.
2. Sunia Koto Vuli – The Fijian hooker was a massive physical presence, carried well and scrummaged superbly. I played with him at Welsh before he moved to Narbonne in .
3. Tomas Francis – It was a pleasure to scrummage next to him last season at Scottish. Always gives you the advantage at the set- piece and now doing very well at .
4. George Kruis – He came to Barking on loan from . He was already a fine player aged 18 and has gone on to be one of the best in the country.
5. Josh Thomas-Brown – The best guy I've come across to run the lineout and a ferocious carrier as well. I played against him when he was at Rotherham and that's when I realised how tough he was.
6. Jonathan Mills – He mostly plays lock at now but he was at at London Welsh. A very physical player and a great leader, too. Always get a good 80 minutes out of him.
7. We played for Schoolboys together and funnily enough he wasn't first choice then. But he was fitter than anyone else and his work ethic was just outstanding. No doubt it's the secret to his success now.
8. Mark Bright – The captain is an incredible ball carrier who scores a ton of tries. By far the best No.8 I played with or against.
9. Craig Hampson – Plays at a really high tempo and is always a threat around the breakdown. A tough guy to defend against.
10. Charlie Hodgson – We played against Saracens in pre-season this year and he was amazing. He attacks the line really quickly and his range of distribution makes him even more dangerous.
11. Bruce Reihana – Faced him when spent that year in the Championship a few years back. He was just phenomenal, carrying hard. The best player on the pitch on that day.
12. Billy Twelvetrees – He was real threat in the Bedford midfield. He ran the show when we played him with London Welsh.
13. Elliot Daly – He only played a couple of game for Scottish but he scored a few tries. A dynamite in attack, making breaks at will. A bright prospect.
14. Paul Sampson – Absolute gas. We knew when he got the ball no one would catch him.
15. Alex Goode – He came on loan to Welsh and he's just one of these players who seem to have a lot of time with ball in hand. Never in a rush and always makes the right decision.
